Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with stock management and cash register operations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Proficiency in English language

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
